Ultimate Direction Strider Hydration Pack - Women's

You just passed mile five of your run or walk, but thanks to the Ultimate Direction Women's Strider Hydration Pack you're not hungry or thirsty. Ultimate Direction made this pack to ride comfortably on either of your hips rather than your back. The large pocket on this waist pack holds a few energy bars, which makes the Strider a great choice for those who like to eat more than energy gel during their workouts. Stash your keys and ID in the pocket, as well. The 20-ounce water bottle rides securely in the mesh holster and is within easy reach when you need a sip.

Bottom Line: Carry your water and grub in the comfortable Ultimate Direction Women's Strider for a great run, jog, or walk.

Finaly a belt with a big enough pocket

By:

The pocket size is great for long runs. It has enough space to carry cell phone, small emergency medical kit, power bar, ID, keys, etc. I am a little worried about putting anything in the ID pocket, it seems like it might fall out.

Marathon training

By:

I bought this pack to wear during my long training runs, and was overall very happy with it. I did end up wishing I had bought the smaller Access pack (which does not have a storage pouch) as I rarely carried more with me than water, keys, and a gel or two. In order to make the pack feel "balanced" I had to twist the pack and wear the water bottle directly over the lumbar spine, and the pouch over a hip. The water bottle was tricky, and took some figuring out, but I ended up really liking it once I had gotten the hang of it. The pack has worn extremely well (I've had it over a year now, and used it while training for multiple events). The pack has minimal jiggle when running, the straps are comfortable and easily adjustable, and the water bottle rides very securely. I'm dropping one star because the bottle does leak sometimes.

Hydration Pack bottle

By:

I love this pack. It sits well on my hip/around my waist, is very comfortable, and a good size for short walks. But I HATE the bottle that comes with it. I have 3 of these packs, so I have 3 bottles, and every single one of them leaks something awful. No matter how loose or tight I screw the top back on, by the time I've gotten to my destination my back is all wet from dripping. No other brand of bottles I've had do this, so I don't know what the problem is with these. Too bad.
