The North Face Velocitee Crew Shirt - Short-Sleeve - Men's
The North Face Men's Velocitee Short-Sleeve Crew—a Flight Series T-shirt that steps up the speed. The North Face's Velocitee jersey material has an airy feel and wicks moisture away from your skin, making this tee ideal for hot days or layering next to your skin. Set-in sleeves feel comfortable when you wear a pack, and a drop-tail hem provides overage when you ride some single track.
Bottom Line: Put the pedal to the metal.

Perfect for staying cool for those that don't support the spandex movement... Great price, great product. I have 3 and they are my shirt of choice for all adventure sports.

Bought this shirt bout a month ago and have worn it as a next to skin layer for wicking sweat (which works wonderfully) and wear it to work all the time because its just so comfortable and if.when I do work p a sweat then I'm not sportin the 'ball of sweat' look on my back. It's really cool and comfortable, works great as a next to skin layer, and not at all expensive for what it is given it dons the TNF logo and tag. Great buy IMO!
Simply the lightest, silkiest, most comfortable T-shirt ever

I love this shirt - I have 10 of them in a variety of colors. Incredibly soft, lightweight, and comfortable. Unparalleled as a running shirt or for other activities where you sweat a lot - the material is so light - it wicks away the sweat and is dry in no time at all. The weave is very dense, so the shirt is pretty opaque, even though the material is thin. It's a nice-looking T-shirt too, and wears just great over jeans and shorts. I even use them as undershirts a lot of the time. They're pretty rugged - I just toss them in the washer and dryer with everything else, and they do just fine. I've bought a lot of microfiber T-shirts over the years - Under Armour, Nike Dri Fit, Adidas Climalite and others. Nothing against them - they're all good shirts, but this is my hands-down favorite!
Are the sleeves on this shirt tight to your arms, or are they
Are the sleeves on this shirt tight to your arms, or are they the flappy kind?

KInd of depends on the size of your arms and the width of your shoulders. But overall it is a standard/relaxed fitting shirt so the sleeves will not be tight.

I bought this for my husand. He had never worn a real hiking type shirt before. He kept rolling his eyes at me when I told him he would be more comfortable in something other than a cotton t shirt to hike in. This shirt won him over. Women are so smart!! When will they ever learn :-)

I have been wearing this as a workout shirt in 100+ temps and it is great. Great wicking effect and quick drying. Held its color (ivy green) after several washes and no pulls/runs. Highly recommend.
Backcountry, Are you ever going to have this in the long-sleeve

i got this in xxl - 6'4 230 w a 47 chest. it fit perfect, but the material was too slick and had a shimmery look to it. it was very comfortable, but i couldn't take how it looked, so i sent it back. it wicked well while i had it and dried quickly. TNF has a better shirt, the ruckus. get that one instead.

Unbeatable price vs. quality - North Face Velocitee Crew simply does what is expected and will keep you dry throughout the seasons. On a personal note - shirt does run small; next one I get will be a large.
Does this shirt truely run small?

I usually wear a large in a regular cotton t-shirt....I'm mbout a 40 in chest...I ordered a large and it is plenty baggy, more so than my cotton t's, so I wouldn't call it 'running small'.

Awesome shirt! At first it feels too light and you'll think you made a mistake but give it a go. Incredibly warm due to the really tight knit of the fabric but also really breathable so it keeps you cool. Rolls up to softball sized so easy to pack. Must have piece of clothing--I ordered two more and some long sleeves as well.
great shirt...can't have enough of em

I have just about every color. At first I just got white. Its kinda see through but man it was so comfortable I just ended up getting 2 the next order, then got 3 the following. I use them for running, working out, and fishing. Everywhere I go ppl state that their a great looking shirt and look comfortable. Then they feel it and its game on. You would be a fool to waste your money and any other brand.
Best T-shirt hands down!!!

Bought this t-shirt from another company closer to home for my husband. He is very picky and as soon as he came home from work after wearing this t-shirt, said it was the best he had ever worn. Wanted one in every color. Highly reccommend to all. Guess I will have to buy some for me.
Nope, it is made from 100% Polyeser Velocitee Jersey Knit.

I suppose it's 100% polyester jersey knit. The inside tag does not specify anything other than where it was made. Doesn't even list washing and drying instructions, lol. It feels super silky and comfortable, tho.

Fits well and the length is just right, not too long like many shirts I've gotten recently.

For the money, this is a great shirt. I searched several store's websites and the cheapest shirt I found similiar to this was at least $25. I've worn them running and just around and they are great. Very light so it is a thin base layer, but if the shirts are used as intended, they can't be beat.

I wear this shirt when exercising, hiking, or just out and about around town. It keeps me cool when the sun is out and is a great layer for keeping warm at night. I need to get more of these sweet shirts!
