The North Face NSE Tent Mule Bootie - Women's - 2008
The North Face just dished up your new favorite indoor/outdoor slipper: the North Face Women's NSE Tent Mule. Whether you wear the NSE Tent Mule around base camp or around the kitchen, your toes will be as happy as your arms are in a puffy down jacket. Which is, of course, because the slipper features a 450-fill quilted down insulating upper. Durable, water-resistant nylon defends your tender little piggies from snowflakes, raindrops, and dog paws to the bitter end. And a resilient nylon mesh base with rubber traction lugs means you'll return victoriously slip-free after each winter expedition to the mail box.
Bottom Line: Next stop: bedroom slippers you can wear up K2.

Banish ice cold feet

I bought them as a gift, and they never leave my girlfriends feet at home. She even went and ordered an additional two pairs in other colors so she was never lacking. If you suffer from cold feet (or suffer from someone suffering from cold feet), these are for you.
I took a chance and washed mine in a regular washing machine. I think I even threw them in the dryer for a little bit. (Can't remember, it was a few months ago.) But I do recall that they shrunk a little, but they still fit. They're still as warm as when I first bought them.

They are down fill, so you can't exactly throw them in the washing machine, but you can wipe them off with a damp cloth, which works well.

I find the sole is hard and not very comfortable. Honestly, they are something like you could get at Walmart for $9.99 I had to exchange them because they were too small. The customer service is great! Very nice.
I am just very disappointed in them, and could not recommend these.

Not really worth the price...they are not water proof or even resistant. The down feather's come out consistently and I had to return mine because the stitching is coming loose. They are very comfortable and do keep you warm in the house but you can do better for the price!
Great Indoor/Outdoor Slippers

I really like these slippers. They do have a hard sole like another reviewer mentioned, but it works for me because I wear them outside when I take the dog out into the backyard. They feel like you have pillows on your feet. I wear them with light socks so my feet don't sweat in them. If you like a large slipper with some traction, this is the pair for you.

I love these. My feet are cold 3 seasons out of the year and I have a lot of tile flooring in my home. The down in these slippers keeps my feet just the right temperature. I wear wool socks with them in the winter and during warmer seasons I wear them w/o socks, and they're perfect.
