Are there attachable side pockets or pouches that will work with...

Are there attachable side pockets or pouches that will work with this pack? I am used to small , easy access pockets for quick access of small items? Any packing hints to keep food, cooking and clothing separate?

Flag

There are side pockets available but I'd move up to a larger volume pack instead. Attachable pockets will give you about 700 more cubic inches which will move you into the next size category. They attach to the side compression straps. Check out this website for external pockets:
