These are a great multi-purpose shoes- great for those days when you go out into the woods with no idea what you'll end up getting into. I have these in the blue and they're a very attractive shoe- well built and seem to be holding up well. These are a bit bulkier than some of the hiking shoes and are built tough. I normally wear a 9W but a 9 has more than enough room for me in this shoe. Kudos on the Vibram ... Nice touch! :) I'm very pleased with these shoes overall but these are probably a bit much for everyday wear.... I'd recommend the Radial (which I have in seahorse green to match my Denali) for casual everyday wear.

I wear an 8 narrow in a regular shoe, and a 9 in Nike's (the only athletic shoe that's usually narrow enough). What size would you recommend in this? Or is there another shoe you'd recommend for light hiking in the Rockies? (No boots, please. :-) )
