I tried on the Cipher Windstopper jacket and it felt perfect,...

I tried on the Cipher Windstopper jacket and it felt perfect, particularly the way the material stretched but I don't want a hood. Is the Zot essentially the same jacket but without a hood? If not, what is the best non-hood alternative to the Cipher?
