The North Face Men's E50 Trail Running Shoes represent the culmination of years of endurance racing research. Is it good for road running

This shoe is excellent for the road. It grips to the road because of its tread, so you will not slip even if it is raining. It is light weight, and it keeps your body stable while running. The shoe is very comfortable and it has good cusioning inside the shoe. I have my shoe for about a year now and they are still in excellent condition. I am even thinking of getting a new pair, that is how much i liked the shoe.
