these were for my 11 year old boy and they were exactly what we needed for the snow in Park City. Waterproof, warm, easy to get in/out when heading to the slopes. Happy with the buy!

I have found TNF to run on the big side, this boot included. If the 3 was just a little small you'll probably be just right with a 3 in this boot.

According to TNF's size chart: a 21 is a U.S. 2.5 a 19 is a size is size 13 U.S. and 18 is about a size 12.

I got these for my Dad as a X-Mas gift. He totally loves these things. I think wearing these is his favorite part of a snow day. He generally wears a size 9, so that is the size I got him (go figure), and he says they fit great. They seem to be pretty true to size.
