The North Face Longhaul 30 Rolling Gear Bag - 6100cu in
If you need a durable rolling gear bag to hold your clothes for a week of adventurous travel, look to The North Face Longhaul 30in Pack. Put your gear in the large main compartment, use the internal side mesh pockets to organize small items, and stash maps and travel guides in the two external pockets. The Longhaul Pack's top wet/dry compartment keeps damp items separate when you're rolling from hotel to hotel, and the retractable top handle, plus handles on the bottom, front, and side, make it easy to lift this rolling bag into the taxi. An internal bungee in The North Face Longhaul's main compartment compresses your gear, so you can fit those souvenirs in on the way back.
Bottom Line: The North Face 30in travel bag packs your clothes for the long haul.
Talk shop with all the gear freaks out there: ask 'em questions, upload/browse photos, and give your 2¢.

Basically this thing has gone with me to Russia twice, Europe twice, around the 48 and to Alaska. Its burly design has held up well to being tossed into the airplane luggage compartments, pickup truck beds, and lower sections of busses by many of the world's most ill tempered luggage check personnel. And its still fine - all zippers, fabric, pockets, etc intact and looking tough as ever.
If you want more organization, try another pack with more of those features. For my "throw it all in the same place" technique, this bag has been ideal.

Totally awesome bag!! I took this bag on a trip to Yellowstone, I was able to haul my 4-piece fly rod, waders, and cloths for a weeks stay with room to spare.
I'm disappointed that I bought this bag at full price and now it's on sale.....ugh!
I highly recommend this bag....
Very satisfied

This is a well-made, stable traveling bag that served me well on a China trip. Wheels are excellent, and the handle is the best I've seen. For such a large bag, it is very easy to manage. I highly recommend it.

This bag is stylish and roomy. I was able to fit everything I needed and still had room. It is rugged and reliable. Every detail is pure North Face quality. Additionally it is easy to spot on a luggage carousel.

Properly engineered and very versatile. Plenty of storage but long and lean makes it easy to manage in airports and train stations. Took this bag to Japan for a month long trip and had much better luck than the previous roll-arounds I had been using. It even fits through the ticket gates at Tokyo station b/c it is so slim. All of the components are replacable which is a great aspect. Stylish and functional. The handle is very durable. I bought a second bag in case this model is ever discontinued I will have a backup.
GREAT!

After spending quite a while on which bag to get-- this was the one! i travel a lot overseas and tough, big bag is what i needed. This bag is perfect. I can pick it up and haul it up the stairs despite that it's packed to the brim. but also it travels well with out being completely stuffed. Space, inner pockets and outer pockets are all perfectly placed. Great bag!

I got the North Face Longhaul for a snowboarding trip to Tahoe this past December. It was great for holding some gear and clothes for a 5 day trip. Great style, and that North Face durability. Love it!
