The North Face Tritronix Triclimate Jacket - Men's - 2007
Even if you're tricks are dialed, sweating profusely in the park and pipe isn't cool. Then again, neither is getting totally soaked when it starts dumping. Thanks to a snap-in liner, The North Face Tritronix Triclimate Jacket has you covered. With fully taped seams and a hood, this three-in-one jacket keeps you dry in winter storms, and synthetic insulation in the liner warms your core. Remove the liner and wear the shell or liner alone when the day heats up. Many three-in-one jackets have fleece liners, which don't provide the best protection when you wear them in wet snow. This liner is nylon, so you at least have a prayer of staying dry on slushy spring days.
Bottom Line: Wear The North Face 3-in-1 Tritronix Triclimate Jacket and avoid becoming a sweat or snow-soaked park rat.

This was our first ski trip and first time buying gear. The first few days were in the 30's and my husband was able to wear the jacket without the liner. Then a sudden snow storm dropped the temp. to 9 deg. and he was very warm with the jacket and liner. He was only wearing long silk underwear and a thin top as we were expecting spring skiing - not 9 deg. weather and tons of snow (not complaining - it was great!)
