This pack is unbelievably good. Great design, very rugged construction and good materials. I just traveled across three continents and this bag was perfect - great in airports in "wheelie" mode, excellent when making your way through the city and public transport in "pack" mode, and the day pack is pretty perfect for out-n-about stuff. The smallest size is legit for airline carry-on, although with the daypack attached it raised a few questions. Just detach and put it on your back as your "personal item" and all should be fine. Nice work North Face.
