The North Face Diad Boa Shoe - Women's - 2007
Whether you're getting a good foothold as you portage your kayak across marshy terrain or crossing a stream on a short walk in the woods, The North Face Women's Diad Boa Shoes shed water and keep light on your feet. The Diad Boa's water-resistant synthetic material prevents these multi-sport shoes from becoming waterlogged, while open ports and molded drainage channels in the midsole help push water out if you sink in knee-deep. The Boa lacing system works with a dial in back, so you can tighten or loosen your shoes with a quick, easy turn. Get good traction as you cross wet terrain with The North Face's grippy rubber outsole.
Bottom Line: Protect your feet and maintain a secure foothold as you cross the stream in The North Face Women's Diad Boa Shoes.

I can't give you any insight as to the shoe perfomance but rather the fit. The lacing concept was ingenious but i have a narrow foot and it just didn't seem to get a good enough fit for me. Plus the design is to be multifunctioning ie: trail, water. the large spaces seemed like anything would make there way into the shoe.

They looked super cute on the site but when they arrived i was not to keen on the color. It was a funky color ivory.
