The North Face Flash Fleece Beanie
From the streets to the slopes, keep your noggin warm this winter when you wear The North Face Flash Fleece Beanie. Fleece is lighter and dries faster than wool and is just as warm, making it an excellent choice of material for a backcountry hat. The Flash Beanie's Polartec fleece pulls moisture away from your skin when you start to sweat, which keeps you dry and warm.
Bottom Line: Keep your cranium cozy by wearing The North Face Flash Fleece Beanie.

Nice fleece beanie from TNF!

This is a nice-fitting, good-looking, lightweight and warm beanie from TNF. This beanie looks just like a simple fleece beanie, but once I put it on, I know it's a very comfy and warm one. I am a person who don't like a tight-fitting beanie like many one-size beanies available in the market, including those from some famous brands. The large size, instead of medium one, is not tight-fitting yet it stays nicely there in your head. Only that the white-colored TNF logo print can be a bit of a show off. But, if I wish to, I can simply wear the beanie so that the TNF logo shows on the side too. Overall, it's a winner from TNF!

I like this hat. Warm and windproof features make it irreplaceable part of my outfit. Looks not so cool in compare with other beanies, but very utilitarian stuff.
Safe bet would be to go bigger, and then shrink it in the hot wash/dryer cycle. Depending on how you size out on one size fits all hats, perhaps go a bit larger from there and then shrink accordingly.

I'm such a big fan of this hat. I've got a big head and the large fit nice. This hat works get on the mountain and out on the ocean. It has been a constant friend down here in the roaring forties. I'm always surprised how clean it gets after a good washing. I certainly run the beenie hard on the boat, and it has seen some grungy days, but a cycle in the washing machine and red brightens up again and the plush comes back.

A large will be good for 7 1/2 and above heads. The problem you will run into is that it won't cover your ears if you don't get a large.

My hat size is 7 3/8 and the medium fits comfortably. I like every aspect of the beanie except it is a tad short in covering the bottom of my ears (my ears aren't large by any means!). You know a beanie is 'it' when you forget you have it on and just wear it all day long. Brisk chilly winds - your mom would be proud you take of yourself.
One of the best hats I've ever owned

The fleece fabric is soft and feels great around your forehead and ears. The hat itself keeps your head warm--at just the right temperature.

This is super comfy and warm, you can use it all day and it won't itch, for me,i wear it at work the whole 8 hrs and it wont itch, and if your a big head like me 7 3/8 large will cover your ears and everything, nice! It will keep you toasty around 20's un up with no windchill, for that you will need tnf high hat windstopper! Hope it helps!

don't hesitate! this beanie is super soft, warm and like other people say 7 3/8 and above heads should wear a large so it can cover your ears,is not totally windproof, cause is only 200 fleece, but it will keeps you warm as long is you don't have 25+ mph winds, for that you need the high point hat

This is by far the most comfortable beanie that I own. I shave my head, so I have quite a collection. It fits nicely and as I said, it is very warm and comfortable. Nice product!!!

Great little beanie. Compresses nicely into pocket and keeps my noggin warm even when wet. It also doesn't overheat. It is a bit snug under my helmet while snowboarding but I am sure that's due to my gargantuan head.
Love it.

This is a great beanie--fits nicely and provides good coverage; and has adaptable style in the large size that provides enough material that can be turned up to look like a fashionable hat.

Just used this TNF fleece beanie on a winter-conditions hike in Green Mts. of Vermont. I love the simple design. Not too tight over the ears. Keeps your noggin warm. Does this job very well.

My bro bought me my first flash fleece beanie for xmas a couple years back. One day it was lost or stolen. My wife sense my distress and purchased a new one for me on my birthday. Make not mistake, I'll keep closer track of this one!

Gets the job done. FYI, for sizing, I normally wear a 7 1/8th size hat, I most definitely needed a large, the medium I ordered first barely covered my ears.

I was kind of disappointed with the hat. I should have shipped it back but I hate paying for shipping to get it and then pay to ship it back. I feel as if it runs small (or I have an unusually large head, but I have never been told this before) Didn't really meet the comfort or functional aspect of my winter wear. I was kind of hoping it would cover the ears more. It is cute though.
Nice, but rides up my big melon

I have a big head. When I first put this beanie on it will cover my ears and all is well. However, after a little while, usually without me knowing it, I am suddenly wearing a chef's hat perched on the top of my skull. Kind of annoying when you are trying to sleep with your hat on.

I like it a lot, but would suggest making all your sizes a little bigger, to really cover the ears.
warm soft beanie

This beanie has turned out to be one of my favorites. The fleece is ultra plush soft and warm for the old melon along with not squeezing your head off from circulation. It doesn't fit like its worn out and can be blown off with a gust of wind. It's a good soft fit.
This beanie has worked well for me when camping, wear it all night after sun goes down and keep it on to sleep in. I've had other The North Face beanies, but this one is the softest and most comfortable I've tried.

But not a good hat for more than a fall day unless you are pairing it up with a jacket hood. Then you are golden!
