I have 3 of these and get compliments on it all the time. It is lightweight enough to wear in the house and still provides warmth when outside. It is perfect to wear to the gym in the winter with a tank underneath. Grab the pants too and I can scoot around all day without going home after the gym. I have had one set for 2 years and it still looks great. I still get compliments on it all the time cuz the fit is perfect.

I like to weight and feel of this shirt;however, since I am only 5' tall the sleeves are a little long. Also, it fits a little close.

I typically wear size 10-12, depending on make. I got the TKA 100 in large based on other reviews. Above the waist fits great, below is quite snug for this 5'5", 155lb. gal. I would wear this over a tank or jogbra for skiing as there's not much more room for anything much thicker. Otherwise, warm, comfortable and figure-flattering for those with a figure!

Awesome breathability for winter sports and comfortable fit. Not too bulky, but plenty of room to layer under.

Great to wear under fleece - as it is, a little light for warmth when camping, cross country skiing and hiking. Great fit and very flattering for figure.

I bought 9 of these as christmas gifts. When everyone opened they all laughed like I had no imagination. 2 weeks later everyone came back with "best gift i received this year" Reviews were: comfortable, warm, washes great, looks casual yet not grungy, and I wear it once a week.

The fleece is great. Lightweight, soft, minimalist bells & whistles.
But it's just not designed for an average human. It seems to be sized a little small...
If you want a fleece that's tight, and doesn't fit over a T real well, this one is great. But if you're an average-sized person (not super thin and wirey), try something else.

Wow - well all I can say is - if I was a shirt, I would marry this north face activity shirt and populate the planet with thousands of bad ass activity shirts.

I am tall and skinny and I got a Medium and it is a little too short on me. Consider a bigger size if you have a longer torso.

Great fleece. Lightweight and warm! Managed to get a tear at the seam the third time wearing it and exchanged it. You guys were great as usual...had the new one to me ASAP. Great job guys!

This pullover is perfect for chilly days, and is stylish. Also, this pullover is well made; some of mine are several years old, and they still look good.

This fleece is great, The North Face is really good quality. The fleece is very light weight but extremely warm. I would suggest ordering a size bigger than you think, they are pretty snug to get on, but once on they fit great.

Got it for my daughter who is a camp counselor. North Face was the pull over of choice among the counselors. She loves it. It came in so quickly. Just in time for her birthday.

This fleece is amazingly soft and cozy. The only problem was that the sleeves were a little short (I have a +3 ape index). If you've normal human length arms, I would highly recommend it.

This fleece is so soft and supple, but I ordered it in my regular size and it came too tiny. The next size up was out of stock. Boo.

i love this good-looking 1/4 zip pullover, but i was under the impression it would be thicker. i probably didn't read the description well enough. this pullover looks best when worn with a thin base layer or by itself. not a source of significant warmth, but nice and easy to wear.

The best in both. We got our order FAST, and it was perfect, exactly as we ordered it, no tears or seams coming apart. They fit perfect. They do run a bit on the smaller side, so consider that when ordering, which I did. Therefore I don't have to do any returns. Quality is A++++, my girls love they product & they are so light weight, but still keep them warm & dry!

I love the pullover fleece, although it does run rather snug. I would suggest ordering one size up if you like a relaxed fit!

My wife asked for a casual, warm, STYLISH fleece for Christmas. I asked my all knowing:) teen daughter for ideas and she recommended the TKA 100. I shopped other options (LLBEAN, EMS, Patagonia..) and found them to be off the mark (either style, comfort or cost wise). The 2005-6 TKA100 model though( with the North Face logo on chest vs. 2007 version on hip) is really sharp looking. Rare gift for either teen or mom. PS - Christmas 2007 - buy these early, they flew off the shelves both online and locally in '06.

I love the cut and quality of the fleece in this jacket. Its feminine shaping fits me like a glove, and the thin but warm fleece does not pill or sag. With the pink accents in the zipper pull, it goes well with my brown Horny Toad fitness pants that have a pink stripe. I'm seriously thinking about buying more colors.

This was a Christmas gift for my teen daughter - who has told me she absolutely LOVES it "it's SO soft and fits perfect". I loved the price as well. I know it's true - she hasn't stopped wearing it since we gave it to her!

I bought this as a gift for my wife. She is petite, but the size small fit a little bit more loose and gave room for layering or a sweater. It is really light weight, but a good midpoint between light and warm. And it is really soft.

Totally comfortable and super cute. Warm too. It runs a little small for the sizes, so I recommend air drying to reduce shrinkage.

I purchased this pullover North Face top for my 21 year old and she loves it. Keeps her very warm without a lot of bulk and still allows for layering.

Got the 1/4 zip for my wife for her bday as she was asking for a "fleece" - this was NOT a fleece...more like a thick shirt really. I was surprised at how "thin" the material was; maybe it does a great job with warmth, but it just didnt seem to be what I was after.
