Summer's not long enough

By:
March 27, 2007

I have 4 pairs of these in different colors. I LOVE them, I lived in them for the past 2 summers. I think I'll pick up a couple of pairs before others wear out (won't be for a while, they're quite durable, the only signs of wear are on the straps from my wading through mud). They give great arch support, look very good, and what can I say, they are super comfy. They're very true to size, I wear size 7 in most other footwear and this one is bang-on. They do fit on the narrow side, though, so if you have wide feet, they may not give you enough support.

These were a bit narrow

By:

Even though I have wide feet, that doesn't generally matter when I buy flips, but these were rather narrow. They aren't kidding when they say "skinny mini"!

Sturdy flip flops

By:
September 23, 2006

I have a weak left ankle, and to my surprise, found the arch support in these flip flops a great asset. I can wear these for longer lengths of time than basic flip flops, and the sole provides enough cushioning against the hard ground. Only draw back - the sole is slippery at times.

Wonderful Sandal

By:
August 29, 2006

These sandals are terrific. They are very soft, and the strap fits the foot very well. They are never flip-flopping off of my foot! I wear them all around the house and the yard, as well as out running errands. They offer great comfort as well as being very easy to wash off after wearing in the yard. Besides they look great too!

A+++ Flip Flop

By:
October 7, 2005

I have had my sandals for over a month now. I wear them across campus and they are very comfortable on my feet. I bought them because my regular flip flops were giving me blisters. They’re thick and very cushioned; way better then your basic flip-flop. I like them and would recommend them to anyone. I got them dirty and threw them in the washing machine and they were good as new.

is my foot too fat?

By:
September 22, 2005

This flip flop is okay. I much prefer Teva Mush. The sole of this one does not fit my foot right. It is like my foot is too wide even though I have normal width feet. Basically: an indifferent eh.

best flipflops out there

By:

I wear flip flops more than a girl is supposed to - and these are the best I’ve ever found. I bought one pair, and then bought two more for next year. Awesome flip flops!!

really skinny and Mini!

By:
July 22, 2005

Yeah, they are comfortable, and they are simple flip-flops, but they are super narrow. I went up a size and they still make my feet look fat. I like the color, but don't know how frequently I will wear them.

Squishy/comfy- but narrow

By:
July 13, 2005

Great basic flip for comfort. The footbed is squishy/super comfy-- but they run pretty narrow, too narrow for me. My friend was psyched when I passed them on to her (narrower) feet. The colors are super cute/bright/summery too.

Certainly Skinny

By:
June 27, 2005

These sandals are fine, as far as basic flip-flops go. They fit well, and require no break-in. Definitely not super supportive, but work well for just cruising the house or town around on hot days.

Very nice and comfortable

By:
May 26, 2005

I ordered one pair of each color of the sandals and am very happy with all three. They have been quite comfortable from the first wearing and seem to be holding up well. I'm not wearing them hiking or anything, but around the house and around town. They're sturdy enough to wear on a float trip. They look nice, too. The sandals were as described on the website, were a great bargain and arrived in a timely manner. Based on this experience, I'll be buying from SteepANDCheap again. Thanks!

CADILLAC OF SANDALS

By:
May 26, 2005

Soft-cushy-comfort. If you want a sandal that feels like heaven to your feet for a long day of walking then this is the sandal for you. They are a little heavy but make up for it in comfort for a long day especially if you’re standing.

North Face flip flops

By:
May 26, 2005

There is too much sole space between the thong strap and the top of the sandal. One would need 6 inch toes for these to fit.

Skinny Feet

By:
May 10, 2005

These sandals are really cute and fairly comfortable, except that the straps are pretty tight on my foot, and I generally have the opposite problem. Heed the name-A5 SKINNY. They seem to be made for really skinny feet. I don't wear them all that often, especially if I'm going far. I'll take my Reefs over these any day.

Skinny Mini

By:
April 19, 2005

These flip flops are VERY comfortable- the drawback is the soles. They are super slippery, wearing them on campus is great until you get inside a building. The fabric could have been a bit tougher, too. Mine are starting to fray a bit after only a few uses, not even at a seam but just along the strap. But: they are super comfortable and are pretty cute.

Comfy, nothing fancy

By:
October 10, 2004

These good looking Skinny Minis have comfortable footbeds that grip well for flip-flops. The sole is fairly flexible and not especially supportive, despite the ad's claims of having arch support. The sandals are true to size.
