The North Face Venture Pant - Mens
The North Face Men's Venture Pant keeps you dry and comfortable during travel and trekking. Lightweight, waterproof and breathable, the Venture pant stuffs easily into its own left pocket—leave it in your pack for unexpected cold fronts and inclement weather, or wear it as a comfortable travel piece. The Venture features HyVent DT, a highly breathable, waterproof fabric with a raised microdot inner surface that acts to lift the shell fabric away from your skin. This provides a comfortable, soft, easy-sliding feel while maximizing moisture transport away from your skin. The result: you stay drier and warmer. The Venture pant comes with an elasticized waist with a drawstring and two hand pockets.
Bottom Line: All-around weather protection combined with high-tech breathability at an incredible price.

I was in Alaska for two weeks this summer and needed and pant that was very water resistent, lightweight, and easy to slide on and off. These pants were everything I expected and I highly recomend them!

These are nice pants, they are thin though. If you're in cold weather, you definitely want a base layer. The zipper on these pants broke within the fist two or three zips. Hopefully just a problem with this pair though. Otherwise, they're good for the price.

I was wearing these pants during a sleet storm hiking the AT section of the Smokie Mountains and the right pocket zipper broke (separated) and would not rezip. Precipitation entered via the broken pocket resulting in a wet leg and socks. Not a very pleasant experience.

Combine these pants with TNF Venture jacket and you have the perfect waterproof set for hitting the backcountry. The pants (and jacket) are super lightweight and pack into the left pocket, which makes them perfect for stuffing into your overcrowded pack. Highly recommend, great product.

I'm 6'1" and these fit nicely. They pack down into the pocket, a plus because I don't use them very much and it keeps my pack organized.

I am very glad I have these pants. They allow me to go outside in all kinds of weather, and I need to do so. I have a dog, and now I am able to follow her in the high grass and in the woods, and I never get wet. Beautiful pants. Theyre very good and practical, there are even two zippered pockets like in normal pants.
