Not a question but a bit of info. I called Smartwool to ask the weight of this fabric. They said 265 grams/square meter. Too heavy for a summer hiking shirt in my opinion.

Hi, SmartWool here. Not sure where the 265gm/m² figure came from, but here are the correct specs. The Rambient Polo is made from 100% wool, jersey knit into a 215gm/m² fabric. The entire garment will be in the 265 gm range if you're looking to calculate pack weights. Lighter weight options for summer hiking include: SmartWool Microweight T-Shirt, SmartWool Rambidextrous T-Shirt, or SmartWool Ringer T-Shirt, all use a 100% wool knit that comes in at 150gm/m².
