Breathe new life into your old plexi scrapers with the Swix Plexi Sharpener. This ingenious and simple tool bolts to the top of your waxing bench and puts a new edge on dull scrapers, so you can cleanly scrape wax. To use it, just hold your scraper at a 90-degree angle, and drag it across the cutting edge. It's 40mm wide so it works best for normal-width ski scrapers.
Bottom Line: Waxing is so much easier with a clean edge.

Makes Wax Scraping Much More Efficient

Seems kind of silly at first, but this item will eventually save lots of time when scraping off wax by keeping your scraper sharp, especially harder wax for colder temps. It works well though only if you can screw it down onto the top of a wooden work bench. I sharpen my scraper after ever few scrapings, and it really does make a noticeable difference.

This little guy is great, I screwed it into my work bench with some standard wood screws. Very easy to run across your scraper to get a nice clean edge to easily scrape the wax off your board. Has brought several of my old plexi scrapers back to life that I was going to throw out. If you wax your gear yourself, this is a must have so you don't have to keep buying plexi scrapers when they dull out.
