Good for those wanting to get off the couch

I have since upgraded to the t6c, but before that I used the t4. If you're just starting out on the fitness path, the Coach feature (unique to the t4c within the Suunto family) will be very helpful making sure your new found enthusiasm doesn't lead to overwork and burnout. The data is accurate and reliable. There's a fairly active discussion board over at Suunto's website where you can learn more about the watch before you buy (and/or ask questions after you buy) the watch. If you're looking to download heaps of information from your workouts this may not be the watch for you. However, if you are looking for something to get you started in the world of heart monitor training...the t4c should do the job.
