Sugoi RS Jersey - Sleeveless - Women's

Open-air architecture in a bike jersey sounds pretty rad. Sugoi thought so too, and the Women's RS Sleeveless Jersey is the result. Panels in the RS Jersey use a checkered system where windowed boxes hover above your skin so air can circulate in and out, and mesh boxes sit against your skin to wick and disperse sweat. A front zipper on this Sugoi sleeveless bike top lets you regulate your temperature, and the three back pockets are slanted at the sides so you don't have to exercise your contortionist poses to grab energy gel.
