Missing boot liners

On 12/22/2008 I reported that the stitching on one of my boot liners was coming undone at the toe. I was told that a replacement pair would be sent and I was given a UPS label to return the defective set. Here it is January 8, 2009 and no replacement. I asked about them on Jan 4th. Although I got a reply, it didn't say when the replacements were shipped or will ship. Maybe I just need to be a little more patient. The liners are fine and I can easily deal with the defect for a while. I just don't want to give up the old until the new arrive because the boots are useless without liners.
