this canvas jacket is warm and cool all at the same time. I love it i bought it earlier in the winter and wore it almost everyday it wasn't sub 30 degrees. it has a pu treated canvas shell and primaloft one insulation. Kept me dry and cozy without looking like an traditional "outdoor piece" Oh yeah an in regards to the other post. who cares if it is made in china??? either way they make a fine jacket over there.

Great Coat - Made in China Though

I bought this jacket at the PrAna store in Boulder at the advise of the sales staff who were very excited about this line of "tech" coats for men (womens come out next year). This is a very functional an "sharp coat w/ lots of neat features (great zipper, welded touch points, etc). The coat is not cheap but it's high quality. HOWEVER, the staff said the coat was made down the street (Pearl st) so naturally I was excited. Got back home to CA, and noticed it was actually made in China (very small writing on the tag). Made good with the store and gave some good constructive feedback about the information I had received. So unfortunately I no longer have the coat, but for me it was a "no brainer" sending it back
