Great Idea

I use this burner sheet as a base for my stove in winter and it works great to keep the stove insulated from the ground and helps contain any fuel spills. It rolls up into a tiny space and is even lighter than the MSR Trillium base. My only semi-complaint is that I thought it was a bit overpriced, but (obviously) I decided it was worth it!

This burner sheet is light, packable and what's more, it works! My stove legs finally stayed on top of the snow. It's a good size. You can put a hot pot on it. I also felt it increased the efficiency of the stove when melting snow. I will be using the burner sheet all year round. It will be nice to have no restrictions as to where I set up my stove. I believe the sheet to be well constructed. Good idea, someone.

Well worth the cost to protect your tent floor or to keep your stove off the snow. You wont even feel the weight in your pack.
