Shimano's goal in creating the Dura-Ace Front Derailleur is 100% power transmission—and we'll be damned if the company hasn't succeeded. High rigidity lends incredible durability and precision shifting during each stage of the race. The pivot point resides at the area of greatest force to reduce cage deflection, and Shimano narrowed the chain cage to accommodate a 10-speed chain.
