I recently bought the 686 Acc syndicate but found the sizing

I recently bought the 686 Acc syndicate but found the sizing to be WAY too large and had to return it, even in the smallest size. I usually wear a size S/M but the sleeves went almost 5 inches past my hands. Would I expect a similar sizing issue with this jacket?
