This jacket is awesome. Does the layering for you and you get a nice fleece plus waterproof shell all in one. Layer them up for nasty cold wet days, rock just the shell when the sun comes out and stay comfy in lodge with a dope fleece. The Smarty system is great if you have a pair of 686 pants. My only caution - 686 runs big! Don't size up if you are trying to go baggy. I'm 5'7", very athletic build (broad shoulders) and wear a small in 686. I'm a medium to large in everything else. I took this jacket on a trip to Whistler and was very warm and dry at -18 C (about -1 F).

I got the XL and I am 6'6" 240 lbs with ape length arms. It has PLENTY of length in the bod and sleeves and a little to spare all over. I bet I could wear a Large without an issue so a small might be a safe bet man!

this jacket is sick!! basically two jackets in one if you take the liner out. i prefer to take it out or it feels to heavy. very warm and tough jacket. like the baggy feel to it. keeps snow from falling down in your ass. lots of great features with the jacket. would highly recommend this and a great price!

Yes, it does actually. Angus either does not own it or was just BS'ing lol. There really are no technical jackets made nowadays that do not have either pit, chest, or back zips.
