Sierra Designs Nanolite nylon ripstop fabric is coated with a microporous membrane that allows the Isotope Jacket to breathe while keeping you dry. The fully taped seams, zippered hand pockets, drawstring hem and adjustable hood seem like standard features, especially for Sierra Designs, but you might not expect them on a jacket that weighs a scant 4.8 ounces (size Medium) and stuffs into its own pocket.
