Salomon Exit Sport 2 Hiking Shoe - Women's
Lace up the Salomon Women’s Exit Sport 2 Hiking Shoe when you take off for a stroll in the woods or a day hike on a mountain trail. This shoe sports a mesh and leather upper which allows your feet to breathe when you pick up the pace and protects your shoes from tearing to shreds on sharp rocks. The molded EVA midsole gives you support on long walks and it cushions your feet on rough ground. The Contragrip outsole helps you stay upright on slippery or unsteady terrain.
Bottom Line: Let your feet breathe easy on the mountain.

Salomon did it again. They fit great and like that they are light and so breathable but still are supportive for hiking and travel. Also really a cute looking shoe and not so geeky in my opinion. Seems to run true to size

My girlfriend is typically a 6.5 or 7. Rarely a 6. I tried the 6.5 and they were too big for her. We ended up getting a Merrell shoe we found at Ross for much less, but she did like this shoe and said it was very comfortable. She liked the colors a lot too - true to the images online.
Also - I would rate this as a moderate hiking shoe as it is only moderately stiff - it flexes quite a bit. The Merrell shoe we bought was much stiffer and better (in my opinion) for day hikes.
