Salomon Idol Origins Ski Boot - Women's - 2007

The Salomon Women's Idol Origins Ski Boot is designed specifically for women's feet—hardcore, expert women's feet, to be precise. Salomon's Second Skin shell is thinner than most boots, which improves comfort and feel. However, the thin shell doesn't mean this boot isn't burly. An Energyzer (a plastic reinforcement frame) around your heel, along with the shell's multi layer, multi material construction transfers every bit of your energy to the edge. A heat moldable Custom Fit liner makes the Idol Origins Ski Boot fit like a glove, while four micro adjustable buckles help you fine tune the pressure on your foot. The Idol Origin's medium-stiff flex and 100mm last is ideal for athletic, hard skiing women who could encounter any type of terrain or snow.

Backcountry's über-smart warehouse practically runs itself, if they have the item it's already on the site.Since the ski season is over and the new '08-'09 lines are coming in, dealers have what they have. This means they have what they have.I will let you in on a ski boot manufacturing secret though, the outer shell is the exact same for a half size when it comes to ski boots. I'd buy the 23.5, put in a slightly thicker insole, and (like magic!) you'll have a 23.0 boot. If it doesn't work out for you, Backcountry's killer return policy has your back.Good luck!
