Salomon Essential AF Helmet - 2005

The Salomon Essential AF Helmet is a lightweight in-molded helmet designed with riders' craniums in mind. Salomon's My Perfect Fit Auto Fit liner, an anatomical, high-grade memory foam, conforms automatically to your head for a precise, comfortable interface. Salomon's Airvent system, a new construction combining highly ventilated fabrics with a well-vented shell, plus an adjustable Aerator offers outstanding airflow, so your brain doesn't fry. Should you find yourself a bit warm, simply remove the ear pads, and air out those lobes. If the mercury suddenly craters, use the included vent plugs, and get toasty. Salomon's unique goggle attachment system is easy to operate and keeps your strap in place.

Bottom Line: You can tell people the AF stands for Air Force if you want.

Good comfortable helmet

Good helmet, already smacked it on some rails and 3 trees and no damage to me or the helmet whatsoever. Looks real good with the goggles and keeps head warm and lets it breath when I need it to with the vents.
