Red Mutiny Helmet
The Red Mutiny Helmet's military styling and low-profile design fights back against boring brain-bucket designs. Instead of external vents, air flows up and through the Mutiny Helmet's liner as you ride. The adjustable, internal system allows for a clean, stealth design. This Red helmet's visor is not only stylish—it helps prevent the dreaded gaper look. The Mutiny Helmet weighs nearly nothing, so you won't feel like you're trying to ride with a bowling ball strapped to your head. If you want to take the Mutiny to the skate park, feel free. Just remove the earpads and goggle clip. **DISCONTINUED**

Style or Substance?

Sits low on brow, pretty comfortable. Ear pads do their job, but it's impossible to hear while wearing them. Ventilation with this helmet is an issue, since wearing goggles blocks the ONLY vent port! Style is the main reason I bought this helmet, so all in all I'm satisfied.
The venting is fine, unless you want some tipe of hurricane in there

not too great, the venting abilities are sacrifised for looks...air is supposed to rush into holes under the brim, and then be circulated thru the whole helmet, problem is that ur gogs block the airs entryway, so they only air that can possibly get thru is air that comes thru the front of ur gogs and then out the top vents of ur gogs...so basically the venting sucks and this is a VERY warm helmet to start with, so dont get this for your spring sessions

great looking helmet, very low profile, comfortable and the venting system is very cool, no gap with my dragon mace's or my von zipper feenoms, but my a frames fit HORRIBLE...even with the goggle gasket. the buckle is not a zip clip like the descritpion says and the white color stains whenever is it touches something that is ot white and the stains are permanent.

Nice Fit

The brim on this helmet gives it a nice look. The brim looks nice over a pair of googles. The earpads are thicker than REDs i've had in the past. The airflow adjusters are right under the brim and give a good flow of air through the whole helmet. The chinstrap cover makes it pretty comfy. The goggle clip can be removed and flipped around to put it in a higher or lower position, whichever will make your goggles stay on better. It is actually one of the lightest helmets I've held. The only complaint I have is that on every color, there is some kind of design on the back right. I like a cleaner look, but its not too bad. Great helmet
Hard to find much wrong with it

I agree with the last review. This helmet does what it should and fits very well. My only complaints are that the brim lifts at high speeds and that the ear pads slip out a little too easily. I do love the helmet gap fabric. It covers and gap when your goggles don't fit perfectly.
Okay

Goggle clip broke off after my first use in Vermont. Rim and color is good. Earpads keep my ears pretty warm, just hard to hear while wearing them. Good ventilation.
