Petzl Adjama Harness - Men's

The fully adjustable design of the Petzl Adjama Harness makes it ideal for all-season use while new perforated padding increases breathability in the heat of summer. Petzl used pre-threaded DoubleBack buckles on the waist and legs of the Adjama Harness to allow for quick entry and easy adjustment to fit over extra layers. Four gear loops hold your trad or sport rack, and Caritool slots provide a place for ice screws during winter use. Petzl also gave the Adjama Harness droppable leg loops to make answering nature's other call a bit easier.

I agree -- I usually go with large, but a medium was still a bit big. And it hurt.
