The excellent durability and safety features of the Petzl Zephyr 10.3mm Climbing Rope makes it ideal for demanding days on the rock. Whether you need an everyday line for working a sport route or a tough rope to take on a big-wall free climb, the Petzl Zephyr climbing rope takes on the challenge. As with all Petzl ropes, the Zephyr features a dry coating to reduce water absorption and increase durability. Petzl also added obvious marks six meters from the end to warn of your position and reduce the chances of rappelling or lowering off the end of the rope.

Awesome Rope!

Excellent rope. The impact force is really low, which makes long whippers more comfortable. However, be prepared for higher than normal elongation...this rope likes to stretch during a fall. The sheath is pretty durable, but, will still fray up if you climb in an area prone to trashing ropes. It handles very well and goes through a grigri without a problem. Overall, the only thing this rope leaves desirable is a little better durability in the sheath. Still...one of the best ropes I have ever owned.
