Petzl designed the Kids' Simba Harness for young climbers from 5 to 10 years old, so they can get after it on the rock even if they don't fit in a sit harness. The four DoubleBack buckles allow for a wide range of adjustment for your fast-growing kid. Petzl included a double chest tie-in point to help this full-body harness keep your young one upright in the event of a fall.

is there a harness for three year olds?

Take a look at the petzl simba body harness. I have it for my small 6 yr old and it is really adjustable. Check out the sizing anyway, you never know!
