The Patagonia Men's Drifter Shoe proves that environmentally conscious footwear can range far beyond your yoga instructor's hemp sandals. This low-top sneaker possesses all the features of a technical light hiking shoe, like an aggressive Vibram outsole, full-grain leather upper, bellows tongue, and anatomically correct footbed, but the Drifter has another side to boast about as well. The outsole is recycled Vibram Ecostep, the leather is tanned using sustainable, non-polluting processes, and that support you're feeling underfoot is a 70% recycled synthetic cork insert. The Drifter's lining even plays a part with odor-resistant Patagonia Capilene to keep your foot dry and comfortable.
