Pacsafe CableSafe 200 Cable Lock
Pacsafe CableSafe 200 Cable Lock
When you get stuck in the hostel's six-person guestroom with a shady character or two, secure your backpack to your bed frame or a nice sturdy post with the PacSafe CableSafe 200. This high-tensile stainless steel cable comes with a padlock. Use this cable to secure luggage handles, your bike, and anything else that you can with this 6-foot cable.
Bottom Line: Lock it (bike, bag, snowboard, whatever) down with the PacSafe CableSafe 200.

No. The lack of oxygen will aggravate its exposure to UV, so the plastic coating will decay very quickly, at which point the metal will dissolve due to a weakening of intermolecular bonds from the low gravity. Also, the chrome on the lock will reflect the more intense sunlight into the inner workings of the lock and dry out the lubricant, so you won't be able to open it. Plus, since the moon has no local language, you will suddenly be unable to read the numbers on the dials in a subconscious attempt to fit in with local culture. If you're going to the moon, this won't cut it.
