How well does the temperature/simmer control work?

Flag

The temperature/simmer control is very flexible. The bottle pressure regulator can be used in conjunction with the burner regulator for fine control although it can take a bit of experimenting to get the right balance, having said that the burner regulator itself has quite a range.

The simmer control on this stove is actually better than most other liquid fuel stoves by using the fine adjustment.
