Pearl Izumi Ankle Attack Bike Sock
Pearl Izumi Ankle Attack Bike Sock
You don't have to wear shin-high bike socks just to avoid shoe-cuff chafing. Pearl Izumi made the Ankle Attack Bike Socks with low-cut cuffs that ride just above your shoe lines. That way, your ankles can bend and breath sock-free. Nylon reinforcement at the toes and heels of the lightweight Ankle Attack Socks add durability, while the fabric dries quickly on hot rides.
Bottom Line: Pearl Izumi's Ankle Attack Bike Socks defend against both shoe rubbing and ankle sweating.

One is made out of a synthetic, one is made out of wool. I personally prefer wool in the cooler times of year and synthetics for super hot times.
Both are equally great socks.
