The Pearl Izumi Women's Syncro Float 2 Running Shoes are ideal for runners who like to run about three miles in the morning and then get on with their day. Pearl Izumi made these lightweight running shoes for neutral runners who barely pronate. A seamless race slipper feels super smooth against your foot and decreases your chance of blisters. I have the first model of the SyncroFLOAT and have loved them from day one. The SyncroFLOAT 2 however has not been as great for me. They do not feel as comfortable from the get-go, and they are not as comfortable while jogging as the original SynchroFLOAT, not to mention my pinky toes got "pins and needles". I'm continuing to use them for now to see if they just need more breaking in than my other SyncroFLAOT, and i'm trying to experiment with different lacing, but the laces are really short and doing something as simple and common as the runners loop leaves very little lace left to actually tie your shoes (and you can certainly forget about any kind of double knot).
