Patagonia Baby Down Sweater - Infants'
What's more exciting than a super lightweight, durable, windproof and water-resistant down jacket? OK, admittedly, probably a lot is more exciting. But the Patagonia Infants' Baby Down Sweater has these characteristics plus 100% recycled polyester fabric. The high-loft 600-fill goose down covers your infant's torso in cozy warmth, while the weather-resistant shell helps block moisture and chilly wind. A full-length zipper on this Patagonia puffy makes it easy to zip and go.
Bottom Line: Earth-friendly puff.

The 600-fill down is definitely a step in the right direction, but it's a pretty thin jacket. It is wind- and waterproof, designed for winter conditions, and Patagonia makes very good gear, so it'll do very well, but I wouldn't count on being able to use it on its own in really cold conditions (say below freezing).
