Osprey Packs Atmos 35 Overnight Backpack - 1900-2300 cu in
Get out of the city for a day or for an overnight trip with your gear loaded into the Osprey Atmos 35 Backpack. The sturdy but lightweight suspension system will make 25 pounds feel like next to nothing on your back, and the breathable mesh back panel lets air circulate to keep you cool under your pack. A zippered panel lets you easily get at your gear in the main compartment, and a hydration sleeve holds your water bladder (not included). Stow anything from a jacket to a bike helmet to your snowshoes in the welded stretch woven front pocket. Removable sleeping pad straps and dual ice axe loops speak to this backpack's versatility—spend the night in the woods in summer or ice climb in winter with the Atmos 35.
Bottom Line: Whether you spend a day ice climbing or go for an overnighter in the mountains, the Atmos 35 Backpack carries what you need.
Talk shop with all the gear freaks out there: ask 'em questions, upload/browse photos, and give your 2¢.
I don't think so. You can just use a big poncho or buy a rain cover for it.

I'm a slender small woman with narrow shoulders. Does this pack have shoulder straps that would fit comfortably? Not too wide? Thanks

What are the different sizes for, i.e. S, M, L. How do you know which size to order? Is it based on my height, waist size, etc? Or is the size only for the capacity of the pack?

It is based on the length from your back to your neck(where you can find your neck bone).Basicaly it is for your comfortability not related to capacity. If it is 50.8cm over you are L, If it is 45.7cm-52.1cm you are M, 47cm below then S.
