Outdoor Research Radia Gloves - Women's

The Outdoor Research Women's Radia Gloves easily withstand burly days in the mountains with the help of a waterproof breathable Gore-Tex XCR shell. In addition to their full weather protection, the Radia Gloves provide top-notch durability and grip with their leather palms. Pile fleece insulation concentrates on the back of the hand to increase warmth without decreasing dexterity. Whether you need to rappel ten pitches on icy ropes or grab a tail on a cornice drop, these Outdoor Research gloves can handle the abuse.

Bottom Line: Get serious about mountain hand wear. Get the waterproof Outdoor Research Radia Gloves.

Radia Radiates Warmth

By:
January 13, 2008

I purchased these gloves for a backcountry ski trip in Utah in December of this year. The gloves I had worn the previous winter were just not up to the task. My hands were so cold they actually hurt. These gloves kept my hands warm and dry in below 0 weather. Occasionally, my fingertips could feel the cold, but there was no pain or concern that I should go inside. I would recomend these gloves w/ the asterisk about occasionally cold fingertips while in extremely frigid conditions.

Quality, Warm Gloves

By:

I have never been disappointed with Outdoor Research in the past and I just purchased another great product. Despite the size, I was impressed with the amount of control I still have with the Radia Gloves. The tops of the gloves are more insulated than the palms, allowing more dexterity. These definitely aren't cheap, but you get what you pay for. The construction is impeccable and the quality fleece in the liner makes them very warm. I also like how snug they fit around the wrists when tightened.

Excellent gloves: waterproof and toasty

Got these for ice fishing. Can't say enough about them. They have kept my fingers warm and dry. I normally have a problem keeping my extremities warm, but these gloves do a fine job. The alti mitts are the next best, but they cost a lot more, so I bought these. Very happy with them.
