Now that it's against the rules to listen to music and run a race, could these be hidden during a race with a head band on? I just can't run 26.2 miles without my music. Which pair of thumppros are the smallest (for a woman)?

Yes these could be hidden, but they're so freaking huge and bulky that it's quite the ruse to disguise. As for women's sizing, basically all of the frames are similarly sized so you simply need to pick the design that complements your facial features most.
