i recently ordered this hat from oakley.com, yet when it arrived

i recently ordered this hat from oakley.com, yet when it arrived it was not the hat i ordered. it was not a flat brim hat and was also not the advertised brand (new era). can you guarantee is both of these things, as advertised?
