Oakley Spike Sunglasses
The Oakley Spike Sunglasses have adjustable metal alloy frames for a comfortable fit and grippy pads above the ears, so your glasses stay on even when you sweat. Because you can bend the lightweight metal frames to fit your face, these sunglasses feel comfortable all day. Oakley curves and tapers its shatterproof lenses, so your eyes are shaded from every angle, and your peripheral vision won't be distorted.
Bottom Line: Play all day in the sun with your Oakley Spike Sunglasses.

These shades are bad, I got the Light with the Titanium lenses. Like I said they look sick, like everyone else says theyr heavy, the pads leave marks on the bridge of my nose that hang around for a good 20 minute sesh. But if you want to look like a guy that could shyt a brick of gold, buy it dude.

I've had a pair of Spikes for about 2 years now and they are by far the best sunglasses I've ever owned. I do have one question. Yesterday I noticed that one of the fluid filled nose cushions has gone flat. The glasses are now very uncomfortable to wear. Does anyone know which of the replacement pad kits will fit the Spike frames?

Like them a lot, they are on the heavy side, but they cover up a lot of space, i have the polarized version and they are great, the only downside is that you have to be careful or they will easily scratch, other than that i dont have any other issues with them, have them for over a year and i still use them a lot

If you live in SLC, you would probably get them the next business day. But if you live in northern Maine, it could take a week or more. Go to the bottom of this page and click on "Help Center" Then click "When will my new gear arrive" in the left column under the shipping heading. Now find where you live on the map, and figure out what color your area is. It is a pretty good estimate. There are many different shipping options that you can choose from. Backcountry offers second day air 3 day air, next day air. You can get it as fast as you want... as long as you are willing to pay a small amount

A Little Heavy

I have a pair of the polarized versions with the VR28 lenses. Got them the other day and the lenses are great. I have a medium sized face and they wrap well, and block out most light. They look stylish and cool, but the only downer is the weight. The description says "lightweight metal frames" but these things are anything but lightweight. I have a pair of Oakley Bottlecaps, and those are lightweight. I really feel the weight of the nosepads of the Spike after a few hours. I am afraid these are going back because they are just too much weight for my nose.

These are great sunglasses for chillin, grillin, and listenin' to bob dyllan. They are a little on the heavy side but it is not really an issue since you wont be wearing these to do any kind of physical acitivity. I've owned these for a couple years now and have been rather brutal too them. The lens are still clear and the frame still fits fine although the arm screws come loose from time to time and i've had the nose pads replaced, but that would be expected if you hang on to a pair shades this long.
Heavyweight

I agree with "A Little Heavy". These shades are nice, but are extremely heavy. (POS) The weight makes them durable. If you are hesitant on the weight thing don't buy them. They'll be heavier than you expect even after these reviews. I dig them and will keep them.
