NRS made the Neo Touring Spray Skirt with burly 1.5mm neoprene to give you the tight fit and performance of a whitewater skirt but with a large cut that fits your touring boat. The Neo Touring Spray Skirt gives much-needed performance and durability to paddlers who go out in nasty, rainy, windy weather where whitecaps break over the boat more often then they go under.
