Nixon Chalet Watch - Women's

I always get compliments when I wear this. I got the Bamboo -- lovely wood with lacquer finish... very solid and "chunky" -- not a frilly watch for sure -- but gorgeous in its own right.

Well I persuaded my wifey to buy this watch instead of Small Player and I must say she was a bit afraid of the size. But my charms and arguments helped and she agreed. Now she loves her new watch more than me :o) In white the Chalet is just unbeatable. Looks awesome on wrist, fits to every clothing sporty or formal. And last but not least looks more pricey than it really is.

Well to begin, I purchased this watch for a good friend of mines for a bday gift. She had been looking for this particular watch for quite some time. Lucky for me I was able to find it thru this site. I got the watch in a timely manner which was a perk. But to my dismay the watch was damaged(dents here and there). So I called and had the watch replaced. Then the second time came around and I received the watch and there was some scruffs and marks on it. So then I decided to call again to see if I can get the watch replaced again. The reps I talked to were a big help which made things easier to get the transaction complete. Sending me the proper UPS printouts to have it shipped out. When I got the watch it was in Uber condition. I guess you can say the third time was a charm. Overall the experience was good. Not any real hassle besides a couple days here and there I wasnt in much of a hurry but you kno how it is. You want it asap. Well the only thing to note about the watch it gets scratched easily. So becareful no to bang it up. You'll notice it but besides that its a banging watch, seems to attract peoples eyes and comments.

The watch is fantastic. The wood is really nice, its classy, and its tough. I've had it for about a month, and I'm usually quite reckless... my watch has not scratched (well no damage at all). It's a heavy watch and its waterproof.

The Nixon Chalet is still the best looking watch. Stick with the Bamboo. The Teak looks great on-line but in person is much more faded brown and not the red tone shown. You also don't really see the grain or knots in the wood as it appears. Still a Nixon fan.

Since my Chalet was a bit tight - I contacted Nixon and who knew - - they will send you complimentary extra links for to add to your watch band and now it fits great! Nixon's customer service is excellent.

I like unique watches; but I also like them to fit. The Chalet is make for the teen girl with a thin wrist - - not for a woman. Very attractive. I can just stand to wear it for a few hours and then it gets really uncomfortable because it's too tight. I emailed Nixon to inquire about an extra link and no one has gotten back to me.

This beefy chick watch is just that; but it manages to remain feminine at the same time.(go figure) This piece caught my sister's eye and never threw it back. So when she asked to have it as a Christmas gift, I was like "I haven't been able to find it", which of course I did. you guys signed, sealed and delivered that stuff like Stevie Wonder, ya dig ? I'm happy with all aspects of this purchase, except the gift wrap. Hint: Gift wrap, means w-r-a-p, not put it in a gift box w/ a bow/ribbon and then ship it in another box, so the bow/ribbon thang gets all sorts of mashed. Ie; presentation people, you feel me ?

This watch is hot, too bad they are not selling it in Teak anymore. Everybody loves it and it looks great with my UGGS.
