Nidecker Act1 Carbon Snowboard Binding

Act 1 Carbon binding

We have been riding these bindings every day since receipt. It is a great binding. It is tight and stays glued to the deck. My one complaint is the loose heel plate. It flops down constantly and you must reposition it every time you get into the binding. Especially bitchy in high wind. We have tried tightening the hex bolt but it still flops when the bolt is maxed out. It also appears to be getting looser with use and wearing a larger hole at the point of connection. One other note. I have big feet and even using the toe strap as a cross over, I am about maxed for catching the strap. A slightly larger strap may be in order for the XL.
