Montrail Flow Hiking Shoe - Men's
Trail-running weight, hiking shoe materials, and sticky-rubber traction go into the cauldron. The Montrail Men's Flow Shoe comes out, ready to tackle anything from short approach hikes to impromptu urban climbing sessions. Up front, Griptonite rubber and extended toe bumpers smear on slick rock and concrete like a salamander, while a full-wrap leather forefoot vamp provides protection and durability. Toward the rear, an EVA midsole, TPU stabilizing plate and breathable mesh panels give the Flow trail-running capability.
Bottom Line: Trail-running approach shoe, or scramble-friendly runner? You decide.

Would this shoe be good for Parkour? Free-running?? 'Cause it looks like it!

I think this is what this shoe's underlying purpose is, free running. It may not be fully advertised as such so as not to look like a niche shoe, which may narrow it's audience, but it is definitely a free-running shoe. By the way, the name speaks for itself.
