Montrail Enduro Insoles - Women's

Montrail Enduro Women's Insoles are a must for everything from trail running to mountaineering. Once you experience the Enduro Insoles' incredible support and comfort, you're sure to want them in your daily knock-arounds as well. These wonders of modern technology increase comfort, eliminate toe bang, and maintain a neutral alignment of your feet, ankles and lower legs. Bake them in them in the oven at 225F for 2 minutes, insert them immediately into your shoes, and then insert your feet. Stand still for two minutes and the PRFRM foam conforms to perfectly match the anatomical shape of your foot, preventing elongation--the most common cause of toe bang. The insole also helps cushion and return energy to the foot, reducing strain on soft tissue during push off.

Bottom Line: You'll want them for all of your shoes.

Insoles are great

Loved the concept of the moldable insole. They seem to work well (like my sandals); now if I can only find a pair of socks that don't give me hot spots on my hikes....any suggestions?

I already have a pair of these insoles that I bought a year ago. I love them, but it's time to replace them. I wear a 6.5 shoe and I don't remember what size I bought. I don't think the insoles were trimmed. Do you think a size 6 will work?

A 6 should work just fine.

Did not like them

They took up too much depth inside my boot - too thick! Luckily, I saved my old insoles and could switch back.

Make Your Shoes Fit!

These insoles are absolutely fab! Most running shoes (& hiking boots) come with pretty flimsy insoles & by substituting these heat-moldable insoles you can totally personalize your shoe fit. Prevent toe bang, fill up extra shoe volume, or if you have low ankle bones the insoles raise your foot up enough for most people to prevent that rub. I recommend them for any running, trail running, hiking, or ski boots. Get happy feet...

I love these insoles as they mold to my feet, especially my arches which are kind of high. This helps me push off as I am running, which for me, makes a big difference! They are also very comfortable. I highly recommend them to all runners.

These worked great for a two day trek on the Inka Trail. The heat-to-fit seemed to work well and I simply replaced the insoles of my hiking shoes with these before I left on my trip.

toes stay put, no bump

The insoles are awesome. I started the AT100 quite ill, but my feet never hurt, heck I did not even notice they were there. Although I did not reach the finish line, they held my feet steady during the tech trail section. They were easy to mold and dry well. I need a pair of these for all my running shoes and every day shoes they are so comfy.
